Invention & Design
Bring it to life.
Not every opportunity arrives as a brief. Sometimes it's a problem without an obvious solution. Or it's something good that could be great. Maybe it's a hunch you just can't shake.
We make it real: products, services, programs, experiences, brands, content, media, IP. Instead of starting with the format, we start with what the opportunity actually needs, and build it.
*Every Invention & Design engagement begins with our proprietary Integrated Experience Evaluation Report (IEER).
Form Follows
Opportunity.
You might arrive knowing you need an app, a campaign, a program, a show. That's a useful starting point, but it's rarely the whole answer.
The IEER™ tells us what your audience actually needs, what already exists, what's missing, and what has room to grow. From there, we bring the right disciplines around the opportunity and decide what should be built.
Sometimes it's what you came in asking for. Sometimes it isn't. Most of the time, it's several working together.
Where We Create
One idea can take many forms.
We create what the opportunity calls for: one focused end product, or a connected experience across physical, digital, content, learning, story, environment, and more.
Product + Service Design
Create or evolve products, services, and offerings around human needs, behaviors, and opportunities.
Program + Learning Design + Evaluators
Create programs and learning experiences that help people understand, participate, practice, and build capability.
Experience Design
Design what people actually encounter across digital, physical, service, environmental, and hybrid experiences.
Creative + Multimedia + Content
Develop creative direction, storytelling, content, and multimedia that give an idea expression and meaning.
Entertainment + Media Development
Develop entertainment and media concepts, including children’s and educational entertainment and interactive formats.
IP + Narrative + Worldbuilding
Create and expand original concepts, characters, stories, worlds, and narrative systems.
Brand Development
Create or evolve a brand’s identity, meaning, expression, and behavior.
Activations + Events + Exhibits
Create physical and hybrid experiences people can enter, explore, participate in, learn from, and remember.
We design experiences. Not deliverables.
Everything is experienced.
In whatever we build, whether it's one end product or an entire ecosystem, the form is the last decision, not the first.
Because the thing itself is rarely the whole design problem. Someone encounters it. Something leads them there, happens during, and stays with them afterward.
It's not about how much gets made. It's about whether it creates what the opportunity needs.

Thank you for sharing your gifts. I am so grateful for you.

Making it isn't the hard part.
The difference between a product that disappears and one that outperforms isn't the product. It's everything around it.

Let's Bring it to Life.
A new idea. Something that needs to be reimagined. A program that's outgrown its current form. An experience people aren't connecting with. IP with more story to tell. An opportunity you can see but haven't figured out how to answer.
What do you want to make possible?
