An Evaluator helps you understand something more deeply than you could from the surface alone. It might help make something easier to name. Show you something about your own experience you hadn't considered. Help you understand how other people may be experiencing the same environment differently. Or reveal something about an experience or ecosystem that wasn't apparent when you looked at only one piece.
It doesn't tell you what decision to make.

But we don't assume the thing you're looking at exists in isolation.
A product, for example, may also be shaped by its audience, information, packaging, website, service, environment, communications, expectations, and what happens before and after someone encounters it. Understanding the thing can mean understanding what surrounds it.

Our proprietary Integrated Experience Evaluation Report (IEER) provides a multidimensional view of an entire ecosystem or a focused part of it.
It helps build a clearer understanding of:
Who is experiencing it?
What are they experiencing?
Where and when is it happening?
How and why is it happening?
For whom is it working—or not working?
What is influencing the experience?
What might otherwise be getting missed?
The depth of the IEER scales to the question.
