Christina Kaputsos-Zielinski
Founder & Head of Creative & Experience

Christina Kaputsos-Zielinski, is an award-winning Creative Director, Illustrator, and Product & Experience Strategist. Her expertise spans brand development, illustration, multimedia, game design, content marketing, entrepreneurship, and product design (physical and digital), with a focus on EdTech, Government, New Media, FoodTech, Nonprofit and Startup spaces. She has held creative leadership positions and consulted for well known brands and initiatives spanning over a fourteen year career.
Christina holds a BFA in Illustration from MICA and is certified in UX by the Norman Nielsen Group and in Design Thinking by Cornell University. As an educator and mother of two, Christina is deeply committed to STEAM education and children's content, earning recognition from the Obama Administration with the Presidential Volunteer Service Award for her contributions to children's arts education.
Shana Cloud-Mojica

Shana Cloud Mojica, MS, is a creative, data-driven strategist innovativing at the nexus of media, education, and technology. With over two decades of experience, she has been instrumental in crafting cutting-edge educational solutions spanning digital media, physical products, and classroom instruction.
A proud alumni of Harvard and Pace University, Shana holds degrees in sociology, Spanish, and bilingual elementary education. She is also a certified educator in New York and Connecticut, embodying her commitment to fostering excellence in teaching and learning.
Beyond her academic achievements, Shana is a devoted mother to her son, enriching her perspective and driving her passion for creating impactful educational experiences.
Marni Sandler
Partner - Head of Product & Partnerships

Marni Sandler is an Innovator in Playful Media & Educational Technology, With a collaborative spirit and strategic acumen, she has forged successful partnerships and multimodal programs, including collaborations with renowned organizations like Sesame Workshop.
With a wealth of operational expertise in children’s media and EdTech, Marni ensures smooth execution from concept to launch.. Her tenure at R/GA saw her shaping innovative projects for industry giants like Nike, Samsung, Verizon, and L'Oreal.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Marni is passionate about family wellness, founding Monkey Do! Yoga in Brooklyn, NY, to provide joyful experiences for kids and families. And most importantly, she’s the very proud mom of a 9-year-old daughter.
Sandra Cantu
Partner - Community & Events
Sandra Cantú is a Copywriter, Brand Manager, Director of Community & Customer Service, and Voice Artist from Los Angeles. With a certification in Musical Theatre from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, NYC, her background in performing and physical arts have creatively influenced the two decades she’s spent in online kids’ spaces, namely Virtual Worlds and Educational Technology.
Sandra’s worked with global brands such as Disney, internationally with Sulake, Inc. and Gamigo Games, and closer to home with EdTech startup codeSpark Academy where she not only scaled a Community team from the ground up but also lent her voice to half a dozen of the app’s characters.
Deeply connected to her roots, she and her husband are currently raising their first child just a few minutes from where she grew up in Southern California.
