Returns for Non-Defective Items
Due to the nature of our products (which often include access to digital portals and downloadable content), we cannot accept returns or exchanges on non-defective, opened items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

What if I ordered the wrong thing?
We totally get it! If you haven't opened the product and it's in its original, sealed packaging, you may contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization for a refund (less original shipping costs).
