1

Discover Their Strengths

Students start with the Student Hero Assessment, a fun, engaging quiz that helps them identify their personal problem-solving and creative styles. More than simple labels or boxes, it helps students recognize how their strengths show up in group settings and build confidence in their innate abilities.

2

Assemble a Hero Squad

Each student receives a unique Hero Card reflecting their strengths. They then form teams, learning how to combine their diverse skills to become a powerful and collaborative "Hero Squad." and have the option to compete against other Squads or team up.

3

Launch a Real-World Mission

Squads choose a mission that turns learning into an adventure. They can tackle anything from planning a school fundraiser to designing their own invention, developing entrepreneurial skills while working together to achieve a tangible goal.

Why Educators Choose Heroes in Training

Playing Well Means Building Future-Readiness Skills

The jobs of tomorrow will demand more skills than memorization. Our approach is built on proven educational strategies to prepare students for this future by developing the cognitive and emotional skills essential for success.

  • Preparing for the Future of Work:                                             The World Economic Forum identifies creative and analytical thinking as top skills required for the evolving workforce. Our missions are specifically designed to build these core competencies in a hands-on, engaging way.

  • The Power of Play-Based Learning:                                Research confirms that play is a powerful tool for cognitive growth, building essential executive functioning skills like problem-solving, self-control, and paying attention. We turn learning into an adventure, making complex skills feel exciting and accessible.

  • The Impact of Social-Emotional Learning (SEL):          According to CASEL, a leader in the field, well-implemented SEL programs have been shown to increase academic achievement by an average of 11 percentile points.
