Programmer - Contract

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Contract

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a hands-on builder who can help us bring our digital experiences to life quickly and cleanly. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to turn a static page or figma layout into real, working HTML/CSS/JS — and doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves to get it done.

You’ll work with our creative team to build pages, product experiences, and light interaction layers that support our assessment tools and storytelling-based products.

  • Translate mockups, wireframes, or Notion/Canva layouts into clean HTML and CSS

  • Build modular, mobile-friendly templates that we can repurpose across products

  • Add basic logic, transitions, and interactions using vanilla JS or lightweight libraries

  • Integrate embedded forms, quizzes, animations, or iframe components

  • Ensure functionality across modern browsers and devices

  • Help troubleshoot and iterate based on internal testing

This is not a high-design or deep app-dev role — it’s for someone who loves the build process and can move fast, clean, and creatively.

Who You Are

You’re a detail-oriented developer who loves making things real. You’re fluent in HTML/CSS, comfortable with JavaScript, and enjoy helping small teams build things from the ground up. You don’t need pixel-perfect UX — you need functional, scalable structure.

You probably:

  • Can build fast, mobile-first layouts from a visual brief or mood board

  • Are confident working in HTML/CSS with minimal dependencies

  • Know how to wire up basic JS functionality (toggle, show/hide, nav, etc.)

  • Understand how to embed or hook into third-party tools (Typeform, Airtable, etc.)

  • Like clean folders, re-usable components, and making things actually work

  • Communicate clearly and enjoy working async with creative teams

This is a contract role with flexible hours — great for freelancers or portfolio builders who like mission-aligned projects with autonomy.
